How Do I Return and Item?
1.If there're any problems with the items, please contact us, we will try to fix the problem and solve it together with you firstly.
If the problem still exist, Please mark the Item No. Order No. and " Return" on the package, and please us know the tracking number when you ship it out, we will re-send new item or refund to you
2. We prefer you to choose your local postal with tracking number to ship returned items. We will procceed the issue in 3-5 business days as soon as receive the returned items
I received Wrong Items or Some items missed
1. Please contact us ASAP, inform us the Oder Number, Item Number, and items you ordered
2. Our Customer service Team will get in touch with you in 24 hours
3. If you received wrong times, Please send it back to us as soon as we confirm our address for returning. If some items missed, we will ship new ones to you ASAP
Item is Damaged During Transportation
If items were damaged during transportation, please contact us ASAP, we will fix the problem together with you,either refund or send new goods ones to you
